At Jambys, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. If your first pair of Jambys doesn't feel like a cloud, we'll make it right with a hassle-free process.

Return Process

  Visit the Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
